DELIVERY
1. Bachelorette offers three convenient delivery options as well as the option to collect.

· To Door Delivery, outer lying areas @ R180 – Recommended for outer lying areas and areas outside of Gauteng  (24-48 Hours) .Delivery to your physical address, please ensure someone will be present to collect. We cannot give specific arrival times but delivery is usually during working hours, 1 Kg (cubic size) is covered and we will contact you should your order exceed the parcel size and weight. Expect delays during strikes.

· To Door Delivery Regional Centers @ R109.00 Please allow 24-48 Hours for JHB and PTA and 48-72 Hours for DBN & CPT. Delivery to your physical address, please ensure someone will be present to collect. We cannot give specific arrival times but delivery is usually during working hours.
1 Kg (cubic size) is covered and we will contact you should your order exceed the parcel size and weight.

– Postnet to Postnet  @R109

  • There are over 300 conveniently situated PostNet locations
  • You can track your parcels and documents online
  • PostNet will SMS receivers to collect their parcels
  • At just R109 for the first 5 kg, it’s affordable, reliable and we’ll deliver within 2 to 4 working days*
  • Maximum weight 15kg’s (* weight or volumetric weight).*Please allow 1 extra delivery day for outlying areas
  • We will contact you should your order exceed the parcel size and weight.

*Please do let us know before payment or even ordering if you are in urgent need of the goodies (the event is the coming weekend, and its Wednesday already, EEEK!) we will then do our best to make use of Postnet Overnight delivery, which will have additional charges dependent on the size and weight of the parcel. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Orders cannot be returned, so please be sure of your selection before ordering.

2. In the rare event that we have supplied the wrong product, or if the product is faulty or damaged, Bachelorette will exchange it for the correct one within 5 days of receipt by the customer. Please note when returning goods postage will not be refunded.

3. Pictures are a representation and slight variations may occur.
